The abandoned village of Kefali at Kalamos's southern cape comes alive once a year: festive vespers with artoklasia at 7:30pm on 14 August and a hierarchical liturgy on the morning of the 15th at the church of Agioi Anargyroi, with the Metropolitan of Lefkada, pilgrims arriving by boat from Mytikas and Kalamos village, and a treat offered afterwards. There is no road; arrange a boat from Kalamos port or Mytikas the day before.

Dates are resolved for 2027: fixed saint's days as they fall, movable feasts computed from Orthodox Easter (2027: 2 May). Panigiria are usually held on the eve of the saint's day, and a village occasionally shifts one to the nearest weekend — where an entry says "confirm locally", the date comes from recent years' announcements rather than an official calendar.
