DESCRIPTION:The Dormition feast at the big Panagia church of Kremasti\, near the airport\, turns into a nine-day fair (roughly 14-23 August) with a huge street market\, funfair rides\, food stalls and evening concerts on the square. The religious high point is the vespers and procession on the evening of the 14th.
