The icon is brought over from the Korfiatissa church with honours\, and the village and the church committee lay on a glenti with island musicians in the courtyard\; the party is usually held on the Saturday nearest the feast (20 Sept 2025\, 21 Sept 2024) with vespers on 25 September\, so check milosvoice.gr for the exact night.
