DESCRIPTION:The biggest panigiri on Amorgos and one of the biggest in the Cyclades: at the church of Agia Paraskevi in the south of the island\, the Kato Meria villages spend ten days preparing\, slaughter around 150 goats\, and on the evening of 25 July the patatato starts cooking in cauldrons for about 4\,000 people who eat free at long tables on the 26th and dance to violins until morning.
