DESCRIPTION:On 26 July the harbour square of Katapola celebrates the island's honey-and-spice raki: you watch it being made\, a boat arrives with dancers in costume\, the musicians meet them on the quay\, and everyone is handed psimeni raki\, pasteli and anevates (raki cheese pies) before the dancing goes on into the small hours.
